Founded in 1960 in New Delhi, the firm shifted focus with the second generation to creative and architectural lighting design in 2000. After a Bachelors in Electronics from India, Linus did a Masters in Architectural Lighting Design from Germany. This combination has encouraged him to merge the science and art of lighting design as well as influenced his cross-cultural response to design challenges.

Now with almost two decades experience and over 200 successfully commissioned projects, in India, Bhutan, Fiji, Germany and Austria he is convinced that he will continue to be a fascinated student of the power and influence of light. His body of work extends beyond a wide spectrum of architectural lighting design projects to installations, workshops, lectures, and programs on light, art, design, and the world of nature-inspired design.
