Midory Esquer

With a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, she approaches lighting from both an architectural and technical perspective, balancing design intent, spatial experience, and fixture performance. Throughout her career, she has contributed her expertise to a wide range of projects, including award-winning designs.

Over a year ago, Midory brought her lighting design experience to the lighting representative side of the industry, expanding her focus to education and specification support. Today, she works closely with architects and interior designers, and electrical engineers throughout the San Diego market, helping them better understand the importance of lighting design and make more informed decisions when evaluating and specifying lighting fixtures. Her goal is to bridge the gap between design vision and product knowledge, giving designers the tools and confidence to create better-lit spaces.
