Anna is the founder of ASlight, an independent, award-wining lighting design studio, based in London and Athens and working on local and international projects for over 10 years.
The team specializes in high-end, human-centric lighting design. Completed works includes high-profile exhibitions, leisure, hospitality, commercial, cultural, exterior, and residential projects, as well as theatre productions and temporary art installations worldwide.
The studio has been awarded Best Emerging Practice at the 2021 Lighting Design Awards, as well as the Lighting Designer of the Year 2020 by the Greek Lighting Design Awards. In 2016 Anna was also on the 40 under forty list of up‐and‐coming lighting designers at the International Lighting Design Awards.
She has also collaborated with other designers, such as Zerlina Hughes at studiozna in London, Paula Rainha at the synapse in Lisbon, and Gustavo Aviles at lighteam in Mexico City, as an independent consultant. She is frequently participating in international conferences as a guest speaker and was briefly teaching at the University of Mexico City.
Anna served on the Board of Directors of the International Association of Lighting Designers (2013- 2019) and is a member of the IALD European Steering Committee.
