Davis
Star Davis is an internationally acclaimed design consultant with a passion for process innovation. Strategic and technical capabilities are guided by a deep understanding of human perception, physics, product manufacturing and construction methodologies.
Star formerly held the role of Global Head of Lighting for WeWork, where she led a global, multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers. Prior to that, she was a lighting designer at Arup in NYC leading projects such as the San Francisco MOMA, Fulton Center, the Lowline, and Corning Museum of Glass.
She currently teaches master’s level courses at Parsons in NYC on daylighting, lighting controls, building systems, energy, and data analytics.
She is currently pursuing an EMBA from Wharton, she is an alumnus of Parsons, MFA Lighting program and has a degree in engineering from Duke University.
