Much more than an award…
Following the overwhelming success of the first two programmes, the Silhouette Awards returned for a third year to provide mentorship support to designers, celebrate the future talent of the lighting industry, and create a supportive platform for inspiration and growth.
The pioneering awards is a collaboration between Parrot PR & Marketing and Archifos, to shine a light on emerging talent within the lighting industry and support these individuals as they progress throughout their careers. The focus of the awards is to provide support to young professionals, providing a platform to showcase young industry talent, followed by six-months mentorship with a senior lighting professional.
The Mentees will receive much-deserved recognition and publicity for their achievements, a six-month mentorship opportunity with one of the esteemed Mentors to enhance their skillset, progress their career ambitions and add real value to the creativity of the industry, raising the bar for talent to steer and lead the industry in years to come.
